Bangladesh's Trusted Online Gaming Platform

Who We Are and Why We Were Built

joy 9apps is an online gaming platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. You can communicate in Bangla, use familiar Bangladeshi payment methods, and play everything from cricket to slots, poker and live casino. Our goal is simple — to make the gaming experience easy, safe and enjoyable.

From the very beginning, we understood that Bangladeshi players have unique needs. People here love cricket — they want to place bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers matches with real interest. To meet that need, our joy 9apps cricket betting section was built, offering real-time odds on both local and international cricket matches.

Alongside the gaming experience, we treat security as our top priority. Every transaction is protected with SSL encryption and personal information is kept strictly confidential. Our privacy policy clearly explains how your data is used and is never shared with third parties without authorization.

When players join joy 9apps, they receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000 (wagering requirement: 10x the bonus). For example — deposit ৳1,000 and an extra ৳1,000 bonus is added, bringing your balance to ৳2,000, with ৳10,000 in wagers required to withdraw. Weekly and seasonal bonuses also give regular players more value.

Our joy 9apps VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. As you move up by playing regularly, weekly cashback increases — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Platinum. This is not just a bonus; it is our way of showing appreciation to loyal players.

For support, we are available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day via live chat and email in both Bangla and English. If any issue comes up, there is no need to wait — a capable support representative is ready to help right away.
